Greetings Y'all

I rec'd a text msg from dah Fuzz and he's in the bleedin' resort again!!!!!!

It began Friday with a little shortness of breath and a walk that should have

taken him 3 minutes went to 15. The nurse saw his colour and put him in the

clinic on 02.....he felt better almost immediately...funny what a little oxygen

will do for a fella.

Well he texted me agin, told me he was in the resort and gave me the ph number.

SO, he's got some greeby little SOBS in his lungs that have been hiding out

since his last resort trip, and because they weren't being treated they got very

very nasty. The docs are thinking it just " might " be something from the dragon.

I believe a biopsy of the lung is to be done tomorrow, and that's not something

to be taken lightly..surgical but hopefully laproscopidic (sp)

Meanwhile, I'd appreciate it if those of you who believe prayer helps, with me,

to throw up a prayer or 2 for our Fuzz. He's dah man!!

I haven't been posting, because I have been hunkered down, very fearful of a

bone scan tomorrow morning on my right leg. It has been hugely swollen for the

three weeks I've been waiting for the appointment. Some of you might recall I

lost the tip of a toe to osteomyelitis, and the symptoms for that were minor in

comparison. I have been on my idiot doctor about it for weeks, then he went on

holidays, and the fill in doc ordered an x-ray of my toe... and that it's likely

circulatory and to wear support hosiery.....my doc comes back I see him, show

him the size of my leg, and he panics, telling me I'm to go to the hospital

twice daily for IV anti biotics, and have the bone scan done. Come the next day

his receptionist calls, says nix the anyi-biotics until after the scan ( that's

allowing three weeks for it to get worse, which it has)

So, could you toss a couple of those prayers my way too?

I'm sorry! I haven't been around, you haven't been around, Tom is in

the resort...WHAT ELSE COULD HAPPEN?! Honey, no worries about the

scan. Let's face it, it's unnerving of course, but at the moment

there's nothing to worry about until the doctor tells you to

otherwise. Maybe you're retaining water (hopefully) and that's all.

Of course, love, you're in my prayers, always and forever. Tom is

also in my prayers, please let him know.

While I have you're attention honey, what's Tom " other " email? You

know, the Verizon one. I'd like to drop him an email and he said

that's the best one to use for now but I haven't got it. I'm sure

there are others that would like to have it as well.

Quick update for you on me. It was a fairly good day at work. I was

supposed to work 8 hours but only lasted 6. The shot I received back

on Friday has done more negative to me then I thought and I seem to

wear out a little more than usual. I'm heading back to the

Chiropractor Weds. in hopes it'll help my back and hip. As for the

mental state, I've started a scrapbook of Dad and have found it to be

very therapuetic. I'm beginning to heal from this tremendous loss.

Kiss Jake for me and give him a pet on his head. You, young lady,

are to breathe and relax as best as you can. Perhaps think of the

scan as just another routine thing you have to do to stay healthy and

in check. You'll be better than fine and back to us soon, just as I

will be.
