Guest guest
I am a nurse and I have had this disease since 1972...but man...you were on the brink of death. Your story is absolutely horrible!!! I had fevers of just under 105 and felt like I was assaulted with a baseball bat 100 times..but no organ problems and no DIC...that one is usually the end...ugh triple ugh. I was hospitalized for about 4 weeks. They had no idea what I had either. I am glad you joined us. Forgive me, but how are you now? I am mildly achy and sometimes quite fatigued....where do you live...and where did you grow up. They gave me 4 aspirin a day every four hours too. back in 1972.. I was 16 then, do the math ha hha I lived on Long Island in Bayside Queens. Now near Philadelphia in stown New Jersey 2 kids one dog 3 cats 5 birds oh yea a hubby...who is a work aholic so..where on earth is he anyways...haha Hugs Liz **************Need a new ride?
