Guest guest
I have an app. with my RD on Monday. I like him, he's cool but I think he's a bit dense, though he does have his moments. I've been trying to think of a way to explain so he'll understand how bad my right shoulder's gotten over the past few days (about a week nearly). But I've never had much success expalining pain to anyone, let alone my docs. It's always been a bit bothersome to me that I can detail some stuff that applies only to my writings but I can't explain not even a single bit of how it hurts. I'm full of slang to describe it but the only ones that understand it are you guys, my parents, and . Plus the doctors have always looked at me like I've lost it when I use 'my' words. I've gotta use 'their' words. I dunno, I've got a thesaurus, maybe that'll be of some use. Though I've never been in the PT fan club, I've known for years now that stretching helps with the pain for certain joints. 'Course there's always a catch (literally). Everytime I attempt to stretch my shoulder I release it to go back to the original point but it catches about half way before it'll return and vice versa. It's just redundant. And I hate that. It's different than when my hips would hurt at least then I'd learned to expect that but now my biggest issue is this blasted shoulder and it's, well, not new but yet it is. I think by the time I actually can make it to London I'll be the Bionic Woman, or something close. I guess I get more pissed off than depressed. And does anyone else have this problem with stretching? Okay, well I'm missing The Soup! so I'll see ya'll later. : ) We get these pills to swallow How they stick In your throat Taste like gold …Heaven smiles above me What a gift here below But no one knows. - ‘No One Knows’ Queens of the Stone Age ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo!
