Guest guest
I seem to be staying up all night a lot. This past Saturday I stayed up all night, I had to be in Atlanta at an ungodly hour of the morning. I knew if I went to sleep, I wouldn't wake up in time. But now its Friday night (or should I say Saturday morning) and I'm, still up. It's 2:30 a.m. now. I don't know if it's my meds or what. Sometimes I just feel better at night and don't want to lose the time when I'm feeling good. I entertain myself with no problem. I went into the chat room for the first time this Thursday. I didn't stay long - - - was tired and didn't have much to say. Also, I'm not sure what the protocol is, but I'll learn. I'll be back this coming Thursday. I hope you all are asleep and having sweet dreams. Love to all, Welynda P.S. My dog is about three feet away from me. He's having no problem sleeping, he's snoring. --------------------------------- Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo! Mobile. Try it now. Guest guest
Welynda, Perhaps the meds do not begin to work until nighttime. You might try backing up the timing of the dosages by however many hours earlier you would like to go to bed. Welynda wrote: I seem to be staying up all night a lot.
