Hello! My name is Allice from Seattle and I am new to the group. I

just came across this website and decided to ditch our daughter's

orthopedic doctor and see Dr. Kit Song in Seattle. Chloe is 25 months

and has at least 23 degrees...we just had an MRI so we could get more

info. Can anyone tell us advice to expedite/how to get into the

Shriner's Salt Lake City Hospital? I am writing a little bio, pics,

medical files, getting a diagnostic report, and application...any

other advice? I am desperate to find more info on what to say in my

letter to Dr. D'Astou that will sway him to take my case. Thanks!!!

Hi Allice,Welcome! We are being seen at SLC. I suggest you contact the care coordinator for SLC, Angie Livingston. her contact info is available on the CAST website under database, where they list Mehta trained doctors and facilities. She can tell you what materials/records to send for the doctor to review. By the way, under the rules of the website we aren't supposed to discuss doctors on the message boards. That is located under the netiquette document. Please feel free to email me directly regarding SLC and the doctors my daughter see and I would be happy to talk with you about itLiz onFrom: allice.chou
