Wheat and RA

As some of you may remember, I've been excluding wheat and dairy from my

diet for about three months now. I still have some pain (especially after

demanding activities) but I haven't had a bad flare in quite some time now.

About two weeks ago I was out of town and hungry late at night. The only

thing I could find was breaded chicken tenders, so I went ahead and ate

them. I was sore afterward for about 3 days. Last night I decided to try

breaded chicken and fish once more, and today I am sore as can be. I'm

beginning to think that for me the wheat really has an effect on the

severity of my RA.

Has anyone else experimented with an exclusion diet? If so I'd love to hear

what you've learned.
