Kathy,

You description of wc courtroom is very accurate. That is how it was when

I

was there. Yes I have had functional capacity test. The one of wc doctor did,

you would think there was nothing wrong. But both my doctors did them and they

were just the opposite of the wc doctor. I am very worried but I will have to

wait and see what happens.

Geez, Lynn. That is just awful. They certainly want to make sure you don't

get what you deserve. What creeps!

I'm sorry you're going through this stress.

Well I thought I would let everyone know. That wc threw my case back

into court to stop my income. I just won the other case and they turned

around and did this. So my hearing is August 1. They claim there is

nothing wrong with me. What a mess, it is so stressful.

Hi Tess,

I just want to scream. I have the same judge as before, so I guess that

is good. My son told me, he doesn't think a judge would change their minds.

He feels the judge would get upset that the case was brought to them again.

I will just have to wait and see.

Hi Lynn...What your son says sounds right to me. I'm just sorry you

have to go through this fallderall! Try to take good, gentle care of

you, and hopefully the judge will see this for what it is and resolve it

positively, soon. (And positively SOON!)

I hope the judge gets mad and does something to stop this harassment. This

is an outrage!

It¹s what, only about a month? I¹m really sorry you have to go through this

BS Lynn.

I know what the stress does. I¹m sure you will win again, but who need this

aggravation.

This must just be so miserable for you...

i wonder how much it costs them to fight the little people all the

time....where is there ethics...do they not have compassion for

suffering...i wonder of their comeuppance in life for i strongly believe

that those who perpetrate human unkindness will receive it in their end..or

somewhere along the road..

hugs during this horrid time

I totally agree with you Sam, Although this is a disease you wouldn't wish on

your worst enemy.....I just wonder if they were stricken with it ( just ) for a

few day's if they'd change their minds. Like you said they have no compassion

for the suffering and do not understand the pain that we have each day.

a,

Glad you arm feels better. It has been exactly one month almost to the day.

my son thinks it is really good that I got the same judge. Because this

is not an appeal but a whole new case. My attorney says he expected this. I

went

to the consultation for therapy yesterday. And they feel that it is not

helping,

there is no improvement. They want me to join a aquatic therapy thing. There

are

people there to help you but they are the not part of a therapy program. They

want to try this for awhile. But I told him, I can't afford it but they want wc

to pay for it. So he is calling them to see what they say. I don't wonder if

I'm

not being dumped because they don't want to bother with it. He did say the

injury

is so old there is not much they can do. The doctor never tells me when to come

back so I don't know if he is not too interested in it all. Now I may need him

in

court and he doesn't want to do that and requested that I not ask him too. He

never gets involved in wc stuff. So I am waiting to see if wc will pay for it.

If they don't certainly we will inform the judge. What a big mess. Today I see

the Rheumy so I will see what he has to say.

Hope you have a good day,

Hi Sam

This is what my son said. He thinks she will be very angry and this was

brought back to her so soon. We will see on August 1. You would think they

would stop spending money and just settle with me. But I guess they must think

they have a case. Hope today is a good one for you,

thanks lynn, today i got a call back from my company. i was trying to find

out what info they have on me. she was a snot again and she told me the

independent medical consultant talked to my rheumatologist and my dr agreed

with them!?!?! i think she is referring to the letter taht was written by her

to rebut the eval they had sent me on. she is saying there are no clinical

findings as to why i have dizzy spells. ( i thought i read somewhere it was a

symptom of fibro?? or maybe it could be when i run a fever??) she also said

they were going to send me out on a functional capacity exam. (this is the

painful one, right??) i know some of you have been through this. she said

they had to get a written approval from my dr and she was going to try and

get in touch with her today. my family thinks i should hint that i have an

atty. i am having a hard time with this. i think that would give them more

time to prepare. i say keep it a secret. kathy in il ps lynn i think your son

is right too!!! the judge will give them hell!!

Hi Kathy,

Hope things go well for you with these legal issues. It can be so

frustrating. I spoke to my attorney and he told me, the judge won't be angry.

She knew the insurance company would do this. She can stop my income. I think

my attorney is worried, because he wants me in court with him. Last time he

didn't, he actually wants to ask me questions at the hearing. I don't know if

this means he is worried or just wants to stress the point that I am hurt. I am

so worried.
