I'm having difficulting tracking down the exact legal status of " cow

sharing " in Iowa which is one of the reasons I joined the group. I

know it is illeagle to sell raw milk or products produced from raw milk.

I live on a small farm in central Iowa and we currently have a Holstein

heifer who we will begin to milk next spring. I am looking forward to

learning more about ways to use the milk we get and am excited to see

if we notice a difference after going raw. =)
