I really don't know what he said now LOL, I am so out of it with pain a lot of the time that I just go with the flow. Tomorrow though I have a lot of questions for him. To me I should not be getting worse. My pain level was a nine when I started well, it sure has gotten worse than that and I didn't think it could be possible. I know too that x-rays will not show everything. Maybe tomorrow he will send me for MRI's to see. I really worry with my hand pain more. It is hard to drive with that pain shooting there. I would get a second opinion from another doctor in a different practice (office). And while some may advocate that chiropractors are the next best thing to peanut butter, every doc I have had has said to stay away from chiros when it involves disc damage of any kind. Guest guest Posted March 14, 2004 Report Share Posted March 14, 2004 I know when I had 2 disc rupture in my neck level c 6-7 My hands hurt and would go completely numb at night when I was sleeping.
