Jill... When are you going to Rochester? Did you finalize the dates? Also,

how old is ? I forgot.... We are staying at the Marriot Courtyard. Do you

have reservations anywhere yet? Steph

and I am prepared to call the lady back if I do not

hear from her today. You have no idea how little

information and borderline rude the " customer service "

woman was (or maybe you do, having gone through this

before). I hope I do not sound ignorant, but what is

the CPT code? Is that how it is billed?

It is so nice to have so many people helping us. I am

so indebted to all of you in this support group for

Steph,

We are scheduled for April 7-8. just turned two

March 3rd. We do not have reservations anywhere yet.

How far is the Marriot from the hospital? What time

do you need to be there the day of casting? You read

what Amy posted about the doc from Philly... what do

you think?
