I just finished my workout and feel great :) It's been awhile (week or so maybe) since I did my workout first thing in the morning. I forget how much better that is for me!! Anyway, I did 's New You Coming. Wow, tough workout. It really got my heart rate up there. I ended up doing the floorwork leg section twice and the last ab section twice too. I knew my legs could use it and kept on going. Afterwards, I did 100 push-ups WITH breaks. I did 20 the first set, and then 8 every set after that. It about killed me.. I did it in 9 minutes though, so happy for that. I should throw these in there more often. Anyway, I shut my HRM off at 1 hour 14 minutes (even though 's workout is 54 minutes). I burned 681 calories with my average being 128.

My boys are still sleeping which I'm amazed for. Sawyer is going to have a hard-time adjusting when school resumes. He's been staying up late and sleeping in... Anyway, hope you guys have great Mondays!
