Hi

I live in Minnesota and am moving to the Winchester, KY area. I want to

buy a small farm and do " my thing " for organic veggies, fruit and raise

my own beef (will need to find someone to butcher for me), possibly a

milk cow. Is there anyone on this list who is from the area and either

could help me find a farm or knows a good person who can? In MN, I know

an organic farmer who said he's been helping people find farms for

years, and that's what I'm looking for - someone with the same goals

for the land. I will get back into buying TBs off the track and

reselling them, so what is important to me is the pastureland, good

fending and a barn (not extravegant).

I'm so excited. I had a 15-acre farm in SC and miss it terribly. I

can't wait to get my hands in the dirt and come inside looking like a

piglet and enjoying being outside! These past 7 years have been an

awakening on what is most important to me. I miss having my bantam hens

and rooster boss me around telling me what to do!
