Hi Stefanie,

It's nice to meet you. I also have RA. My RF Factor was negative when I

was diagnosed over a year ago - although it did increase a lot between the

first time they tested and the second time - but it stayed in the normal

range. I haven't tested again recently as the lab guy tells me the

prednisone I take would distort the results anyway. It doesn't seem to faze

my Rheumy's diagnosis of RA though. I have heard if you are RF Factor

Negative your disease might not be as aggressive (Hope so!)
