Guest guest
Hi Kathy, I guess we're all in the same boat at one time or another. That's why I just love this group. You all know what I am talking about. I know what you mean about not getting out. I find myself making excuses also. Mostly due to the trouble with walking. My rheumy is in the process of getting me a wheelchair for this reason. My neighbors up the road are having a block party today, but where am I? At home. Why? Because every joint in my body feels like it is scraping bone against bone and it is a beautiful sunny day (95 deg) and I am not supposed to be in the sun. Sacrifices. Then you get used to it and just don't want to go out anymore. Love and Hugs Stacey in PA
Guest guest
i know that one. i just try to take it one day at a time. weekends usually get to me because you see all the other families having fun and enjoying life. i have my good days too. just not in awhile. but considering thursday night i could hardly get from my bedroom to the bathroom and i just finished my 2nd day of 3 walks per day with my dog. at least i got out a little bit. even if i am running my usual 99.3. back to water therapy tomorrow and foot therapy on tuesday. i just hope the shot holds out until the end of july. doesn't it figure my friend is comming home from texas the same week as my parents 50th?? kathy in il
