Guest guest
Several months ago, someone recommended drinking KT with a straw for that reason, and I have been doing so ever since. Don't want to take any chances.  Thought that good advice was worth sharing! - Houston Subject: tooth enamel To: original_kombucha Date: Thursday, March 22, 2012, 1:49 PM  Something i've been pondering, how does KT affect tooth enamel? I brew mine pretty acidic (it tested lower pH than bragg's ACV). I'm wondering if that can erode enamel for someone who drinks quite a bit of booch during the day. I usually follow drinking booch with a lotta watta, does that mitigate possible damage? Hmmmmm.... - Woody

Guest guest
I can not answer your question about enamel but I can pass along my dentist's advice: use a straw to drink soda or coffee to avoid tooth damage.
