'Mornin' [The Bends]

Hey everyone. I wore my knee splint yesterday and am feeling the loveliness

from it today. I usually don't have such a hard time from it, with my right

knee anyways, but I'm stockin' it up to it's been raining since I got up. It's

a factor, at least. Anyways, I went to sit down on my bed and my right leg,

which had all my weight, slipped out from under me. So I fell back onto the

bed. But what sucks immensely is that it went straight and it's not straight,

hence the splint, so that was a lovely experience. And then I couldn't bend the

damned thing back. So I was sitting on my bed with my right leg straight, and

my foot resting on the carpet. Every time I tried to bend it sharp pain shot

into my knee cap. I called out for my Mom but I guess she was taking care of

the dogs, so she didn't hear me. I couldn't leave it like it was 'cause it hurt

too bad so I balled up my fists and finally bent it. Blasted thing. I'm okay

now, or well, I'll live.

But I've been hopping 'round the house ever since. I feel like a bunny.

Though it's a tad late for wabit season. I had to calm my Mom down after she

finally came and found me all red and everything. I hate that I had to call her

when I was cryin' 'cause every time she finds me crying, she'll cry. And I've

to stop myself then calm her down. Well, I hope everyone else had a better

morning than I.

I need to wash myself again to hide all the dirt and pain

Cos I'd be scared that there's nothing underneath

Hello

What is it about knees today. nearly left her kneecap in the

bathroom and you are seeing what shapes you can make your leg and I am

having to go up the stairs on all fours because every time my knee gets into

a certain position it is so painful I nearly fall over. I am only joking I

do hope your strong man stuff hasn't done any damage to your leg and it has

settled down and not too painful.

When people say that you never know what goes on behind closed doors, I am

sure they had something a bit more interesting in mind than what we have

been doing
