Guest guest
Kathi, I am very sorry to hear that you are feeling so ill. You know that I am in favor of seeing Dr. Mayes ASAP! I hope your doctor has excellent powers of persuasion. Should I pack my bag? Since your physician wants you to try Enbrel but none is to be had, where are we with the Remicade idea? Geez, that's a lot of MRIs. Could the headaches be from the methotrexate? I'm not sure I like the idea of the MTX for you anyway. Did you ever have such headaches before? Despite the pain, your brain seems to be working far above average. Try not to worry. Your sense of humor is still marvelous. The " Guns vs. Doctors " joke is a keeper. Thanks for the laugh. I really hope that the worsening of the contractures has not been too upsetting and painful for you. By the way, I did read your spine question from many days ago and I have not found a satisfactory answer yet; however, I will keep searching. I will be very anxious to hear what Dr. Mayes' take on that point is. Would you mind telling me all of your current meds and dosages? What about failed meds? If that's too big a task right now, don't worry about it. You are often on my mind, Kathi. I think of you sitting in the sun with Quackers when I am out in my yard digging.
