 The public is invited to provide input to the Senate Finance Committee on

September 9, 2008.  The Committee will hear invited and public testimony

regarding the

committee's interim budget oversight charge concerning the management of

Medicaid Waiver

waiting list slots and the Department of Aging and Disability Services

improvement of State

Mental Retardation Facilities (State Schools).

 The Committee will meet at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, Sept. 9 in Room EI.036 of the

Texas State

Capitol (Extension).
