This is the same who testified before the State of Texas Senate

Hearing on Autism and Transition Services for Special Education

adults on August 18th, 2008.

He is being paid to deny services and options for your Special Needs

child. I assure you he is there to crush your hopes and desires for

services and options if you find and know in your heart that the ISD

is NOT helping your son/daughter learn. He is going to do

everything he can to deny and block your requests for receiving

educational services for ASD or a disability if you seek relief

through Due Process/litigation and seek FAPE for your child.

A registered lobbyist, he also is active at the state and federal

legislative level working on behalf of school districts and

educational organizations.

As to Borreca, here is his lobbyist list/contracts.

Do you really think if you live in this ISD that you have a chance

for your Special Needs child?

Lobbyists are heavily involved in how our children receive benefits

for their disability. It is about money and power. As you can see

the attorney Borreca is working the Special Education to his

advantage as a lobbyist.

So what can we do about it? How does a person who has obviously picked a side

against parents get to this level of power??
