We've looked at several stores for large wide mouth glass jars.

Any suggestions on where to find them?

Hi. Ace Hardware online has a nice selection of 32 oz & 64 oz mason jars that

have a good size wide mouth. They can be ordered & shipped to your local store

for free pick up. I believe Walmart has some like this as well.

I used to order 1 gallon jars on the internet, but i found a much better cheaper

source locally. This asian market i go to sells them for 3 bucks each. They get

stuff like condiments in them, and when they are finished they wash them and

reuse them. Probably any restaurant or place that works with food would have

Restaurants such as sandwhich delis are good sources. I have one here that will

sell their gallon wide mouth jars for a dollar each.

Check your local deli or food store where they sell cold cuts. They usually

sell pickles, olives and things of that nature. You can ask if they have any

empty glass jars or ask them to save them for you. That is how I was able to

get a few for myself!

I found mine at Target - Wal-Mart has some too.
