Hi Tess, I hope today has been a good day for you...sounds like you were

really busy...I was the last two days; and have spent the day today just

watching tv and videos, and hanging out with my dogs on the couch...I have

mon and Tues off from work...took some vacation time just to hang out and

get rejuvenated. Pacing...seems to help more than anything else sometimes..

I found the Day website...www.nancydaymusic.com the cd/tape I liked

best was one of her original tapes " Survivor " hope she can be meaningful to

you...she sure helped me to not be ashamed of being a " Survivor " I needed

to stop being a victim and this tape sure helped me become and get where I

wanted to get in stead of just existing...I have found life to be

exciting...even with RA, I still hang on to a hope of a new day every day.

Thanks for your thoughts and the time you give to others on emails...best to

you...I believe we can create our own hope!! how about you?
