Update on

Sorry folks I have not updated everyone on , Things have been

" Interesting " around here to say the least.

She refuses to, and demands that everyone that talks to her not us the " C " ,

(Cancer), word at all in addressing her. She refuses to talk to us at all

about it. Her comment is, " I'm Fine " , don't bully me. She has said that she

will refuse the " Chemical, Cut and Burn " approach to it.

Dad has started a never ending search for information, and alternatives.

Thanks to those that gave me input and links to information. The hard part

will be presenting any information to , and getting here to at least

look at it and consider it. For me, many late nights and early mornings

spent researching and downloading information, reading it, and printing a

bunch of it out to put into note books so I am not tied to the computer all

the time and I can go out to the medicine wheel garden we are making for

quiet and solitude. Best I can do now.

Theresa was heading down there to see her yesterday, but got shut down and

turned back because said she did not have time to talk to her mom, or

me right now. She says she is busy studying for the MCAT test and doesn't

have time for US right now. Theresa was heeding down there today and again,

curt, don't bother me texts turned her around again.

She has " Promised to come down Thursday and go back Sunday, so we put some

money in her account for her travel. One thing that really has us concerned

is that " She doesn't like to drive or make road trips anymore " , For anyone

that knows her, she used to love to travel, there was no distance to far for

her and her friends to go. This is beyond a 180, it is totally out of

character for her and has her mom and me not only concerned, but incredibly

worried.

We do know that she had to get " All New Clothes " , she went from a size 5/6

to a 1/0 between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Needless to say, that was a

shock to us at Christmas, so she had to tell us a bit, " There is a

possibility " was all she would say.

I am going to turn it over to Theresa and let her fill you in on what she

knows. She tells me, but for some reason I am having a hard time

comprehending what has happened, and the only way I adjust to it is to find

something to try and keep my hands and mind busy. Theresa cries a lot, I

tend to hold it in until I cant anymore and have to go to the north side of

the property so I can ell a bit and cry it out. A dad should never have the

opportunity to outlive his daughter. I haven't given up, but it is hard for

me when I don't have answers to needed questions.

Here is Theresa, I need to take a brake for a bit. BTW, I can not tell you

all how much your prayers and well wishes are felt and appreciated.

jimi has covered much of it.....she and I were texting pretty heavy

yesterday-----I got a little irritated at her and kind of cornered her

somewhat. She says mom it's not as bad as everyone thinks.....the docs

aren't concerned about the spots on the liver and the brain.....I am going

to have surgery and I will let you know when I am going to the doc next.Of

course I was caught off guard with this and I didn't ask her what the

surgery was going to be on. so we continued texting and all and I I said

can you put me on your hippa so I will no what's going on....she in

no uncertain terms said she doesn't want me on it....ok..What am I to think?

She and I were so close andthis year has been rough with us---I would love

for us to be close again----especially now----well that's all I know >

Christie my friend is going to Abilene next week and if doesn't come

home Thursday I will go up next week with Christie.....that is just all

there is to it. it is past time for a face to face.
