Guest guest
Hi Susie in MN, It's great to have you here. I'm sorry, I didn't realise how bad your osteoporosis was. I checked out your house on the link you sent, it looks so beautiful and peaceful. You don't sound sorry for yourself at all, you must be heartbroken and it must be very hard to have to re-evaluate your dreams like that. You must get very lonely where you are now though, it's a pity your support system is not stronger, maybe when you are closer to a town you could join an arthritis support group and we are always here if you need cyber ears and hugs! It would be wonderful if you could find something closer to civilisation but still close to nature. My husband and I rent a house on a sugar farm, it's only 25 minutes drive to the city and work, 30 minutes drive to the beach and 15 minutes drive to the woods so it's really ideal. We get the advantages of the city during the week but can get away from it on the weekends. I'm sure the prednisone will help a lot. I've been on Prednisone for over a year (not ideal but I can't take anything else as I'm trying to fall pregnant) it has been my life saver, the Rheumy makes me take 1g of calcium plus Vitamin D every day as well to slow the bone loss & potassium for fatigue. Your trip to the shops sounds like a movie LOL! It must have been great to see those bears, wow… I will pray that you find the right meds fast and for a stress free house hunting and move. Looking forward to getting to know you better. Hugs, Heidi _________________________________________________________________ Chat with friends online, try MSN Messenger: http://messenger.msn.com
