I had a great calorie burn - 966 calories, with my average being 138. Wow. But, it's a longer workout, so that must be taken into consideration. Anyway, I wasn't sure how much of it I would get done, but I was able to do it all. I get tripped up on the 4th combo with those " dorothies " , and then one other move. But, luckily you move along so fast it's okay if you trip up. It doesn't affect my heart rate at all. My back is feeling great too. I have my own gmail address just for workout stuff. Whever I send to you guys, I also send a copy there :)Darcy I had one cupcake and one cookie at the Valentine's Day party I went to. They had sloppy joes there too but I had all ready ate out with friends before going to the party. Glad you enjoyed your workout WOW what a calorie burn.
