hi

my brag for this week, i was able to resist dunkin donuts two days in a

row. since changing my eating habits, i can not stand eating anything

sweet. i just don't feel that good. also i had indian food on thursday very

grease, i just ate 1/4 of the food and asked my brother to finish the

rest. also this week i was able to taebo advance every day and drop 3ibs,

having been on a plateau for like two month not loosing any pound and

started having some pain in the chest, not sure if it is a cold or not,but

that was not going to stop me with my taebo. i probably have lost few

inches because i can wear cloths that i haven't been able to wear since

1998. my attitude with weight has change a lot, i wasn't kiling myself for

not loosing any weight. since it is a lifestyle change i can go slow i

don't have to rush, because i didn't put the weight on overnight. been doing

taebo since sept 2001, and so far lost 13ibl, not bad

was able to wake myself up 5:20am with out alarm. very proud

Violet :o)!!!!

Congrats on resisting those donuts--I'm in *love* with

Krispy Kreme donuts, eating just a small part of your

dinner, losing those 3 pounds--and total of 13,

getting back into those clothes and doing the Advanced

tape each day. I *still* need to get to the point

where I can wake up without an alarm clock.

Sandie:

I agree. There's nothing better than a hot Krispy Kreme doughnut with a cup

of freshly brewed coffee!!! There is one close to the office where I work.

I actually had to change my driving route so that I would not pass it in the

mornings. The " hot doughnut " sign is always flashing at 6:00am! For some

reason, my car would steer itself to the drive-thru window. Strange, eh?

Again, although I've heard about Krispy Kreme, we don't have them

around here... yet another good reason to not live in the USA!

Janick

who knows that we do have our own fast food versions of the USA's

There's a Krispy Kreme right next to where I work, too. In fact, I can look out

the window and see it! Luckily I haven't been tempted to go over there, but when

I see guests come back with boxes of them, and I can smell them.......it makes

me hungry!

LOL!!!! Cinnabons! Oh yes! I fell in love with them while in college.

Lucky for me they are not sold here. I'd have to drive about 1 1/2 hours to

Lenox Mall in Atlanta! lol I guess it's safe to say I don't have them often.

I attended an open house for school in Atlanta back in October. I'd almost

forgotten how good the Cinnabons are. Lenox tends to be a busy area as well

and parking is terrible. The trick is to go with a friend: while you run

inside for the tasty treat, she/he circles the lot waiting for your return!

:):) Thanks for the pleasant memories. Now my stomach is growling.

, who has gone 15 LONG days without sweets and fast food

Hey, don't give me any ideas now :o)!!!!! When I

lived in El Cajon, it was worse. Because a friend of

mine worked there, so I got to get free ones!!!!!

hi guys,

i am so happy to report that between october of last year and monday i have

lost a total of 13 pounds with taebo. also between june of last year and

october i had lost 22 pounds throgh walking five miles a day at 5:30 am. six

days a week. i am so happy with my progress. with taebo i can see that i

have lost more inches because now i can fit in pant that the last time i was

able to wear them was 1998 and ealry 1999. i want to loose 15 more pounds

and be able to fit comfortably in a size 10 pants. i am one of those who

wear different sizes bottom and top. monday i bought myself two medium tops

from express, i was so happy. now i give myself february to loose 5 pounds,

so no pressure. i usually do advanced tapes sunday through friday and rest

on saturday. i like the taebo total because more low body moves at least i

think so and that is were in need help. this is my brag for the day.

Awesome brag!!! I love the way Taebo works your whole body and helps us

slim down and lose inches! Wish I had the energy to get up and walk every

morning! When I first moved to my new house out in the Country, the dogs

would want out so I was so lazy I'd get up and just open the front door and

nap on the couch and wait for them to come back home <G>.

Congrats on your great results
