Guest guest
Hello Im finding hidden sources of benzoates are really making me stressy. i literally went overnight after drinking pepsi Max (couldnt read the ingredients on the bottle), from a placid 28 year old to a pre menstrual teenager. This culminated in emotional outbursts on the phone and in person with people. i know its a benzoate reaction as shortly afterwards i get tearful and feel weepy (which has happened recently). The problem is what products contain benzoates? Is benzoic acid the same as benzoates? Either a web link or a list would be helpful. The known sources are listed below that i have heard of. 1, liquid hand soap products 2, deodorants 3, Pepsi Max 4, cheap squash drinks Also whats safe? Im having problems purchasing toiletries that they often have a combination of one or more of gluten, lactose or benzoate ingredients. Excuse my bad typing, I think its a delayed reaction to the ALA. is
Guest guest
is Holford talks about benzoates being dangerous in his books, try googling his name & benzoates as I cant think off the top of my head. But pepsi & coke are a no go for all our family.
