Hi Tess,

I fully empathize with the weight loss issue. I need to lose about 50 lbs

and just can't do it. I lose 10-15 and then gain it right back -- often

with 5 more. I have a visit with the RD in two weeks. My plan months ago

was to lose about 20 lbs before I saw him again.....hmmmmmm!

Anyway, are you aware of the group that came out of the arthritis

newsgroup for dieting? I think it's called arthritis-dieters@groups

Nice supportive group of arthritis dieters. I think they have weekly

weighins.

You might want to give them a try. Good luck.
