Fragrant plants didn't go dormant here in Miami due to the warm

winter. My peach frangipani, Grand Duke of Tuscany jasmine

sambac, jasmine azoricum, ylang ylang, aglaia, vietnamese

gardenia and others are bursting with flowers! Now the work of

capturing the scent for my perfumerie has to start in full gear.

How are the fragrant plants in your area? Are you going to

tincture, infuse, distill or enfleurage them?

Your garden does sound like paradise Anya!

It is cold and wet here in the UK, specially in Glastonbury where I live... I

moved last year so my really tiny garden isn't stablished yet. Come summer I

hope to have lots of moonflowers, jasmine, honeysuckle and carnations scenting

the air. My lavender, rosemary, marjoram, verbena and thyme plants definitily

know spring is in the air! Bluebells should be appearing soon and daffodils are

everywhere!
