Kirk,

Here's what the woman wrote and a link to a study done on nitrous. I

seriously think it'd be worth your time to try it out. Someone else

on that same group mentioned that as well - they had a migraine,

went in for a procedure, woke up with none. Nitrous was what was

used. Interesting study by NIH in the link.

" I used to get migraines which were always preceded by the migraine

aura. About ten years ago I had a dentist appointment and was in the

middle of a migraine when I arrived at the dentist office. I would

always get nitrous while having dental work done and this time my

migraine disappeared while I was inhaling the nitrous and I have

never had a migraine since. I still get the auras but never the

headache any more. So the nitrous might work for Matt. It would be

worth a try. The following article was published in 1999 and maybe

you took Matt to the clinic before that. New things come along all

the time. "

I'm willing to try everything but they ruled migraines out with me...I

have what is termed " New Daily Persistent Headache " and not too much is

known about it. If I wind up in an ER I'll keep this in mind though. Thanks,

Kirk.
