Schreyer Honors CollegeThe Gluten-Free, Casein-Free Dietary Treatment for

Children on the Autism Spectrum:

A Schreyer Honors College Honors Thesis Study     As part of an honors thesis

project, I have developed an online survey

to be taken by the parents/primary caregivers of children on the autism

spectrum.

This survey regards the gluten-free, casein-free dietary treatment for

children with autism spectrum disorders. It will take approximately 45-60

minutes to complete. Participation in this study is completely voluntary.

The goal of this research is to determine the relationships between

the use of the gluten-free, casein-free diet (duration and thoroughness) and

its effectiveness in reducing both autistic and digestive symptoms.

With this research, I hope to provide parents of autistic children with

helpful information regarding the effectiveness of this diet in treating

children with autism spectrum disorders.

     To participate in the survey,

more information, please refer to the .pdf file attached.

Thank you for considering your participation in this study. Your

input is greatly appreciated.
