Guest guest
Hi guys, I am trying to zero in on something which I think might be *quite* significant...let's hope so at least :-))))) Could you please do the following for me....... 1. If left to your child's own devices, unencumbered by parental choices, please list the 5 foods your child has a passion for. (This means foods he/she feels he absolutely has to have....will go out of his way to get...when he doesn't get this, he/she has a meltdown.) 2. Again, if left to your child's own devices, unencumbered by parental choices, please list the 5 foods your child absolutely detests. ( Anyy food he/she throws around, screams when confronted with such food, looks really down in the mouth at the sight of such food, vomits such foods) So your response should look like this: Craved foods: 1....... 2.... 3.... 4 5.... Disliked foods 1.... 2.... 3.... 4... 5..... Please add in whether whether there are condiments he/she likes or dislikes.....Looking for salt, pepper, vinegar etc.

Guest guest
Eddie doesn't really crave any foods but these are favourites Craved foods: 1.dates 2.cheese (SCD-legal goat and sheep cheese) 3.mango 4.pureed pear 5.pine kernels Disliked foods won't eat 1.almonds - won't eat 2.cooked peppers (likes them raw and crunchy) 3.beef (least favourite meat) 4.hazelnuts (only eats them in trail mix) 5.celeriac He really hated perque (flavoured sublingual b12) and dislikes the flavoured piriton too. Seems to really hate artifically flavoured/sweetened things - glad he doesn't - it's strange these are the things children are supposed to like. He takes cod liver oil off the spoon - but doesn't like these. Best wishes, Sandy

Guest guest
Vicki, Regarding red peppers. Are these the red bell peppers, which also appear as green and orange or the highly spicey chili red peppers? Also are there any particular green veg preferred? lettuce, runner beans, spinach? How does he like his noodles. With tomato sauce, ketchup or plain? Potatoes, any particualar method of cooking..ie fries, mashed, jacket. Same with onions, fried or raw? Sorry for all the questions :-)))) MaddiganV@... schrieb: > > Craved Foods > 1] Red Peppers > 2] Green Veg > 3]Yogurt > 4]Rice > 5]Noodles > > Least likes > 1]Meat > 2]Potatoes > 3]Mushrooms > 4]Onions > 5]Cakes > > has worked out all the least liked give him some kind of gut > problem, either pain or reflux. > HTH > Vicky > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > > No virus found in this incoming message. > Checked by AVG. > Version: 7.5.524 / Virus Database: 269.24.1/1469 - Release Date: 27/05/2008 13:25 >

Guest guest
Hi , Eddie really likes cheddar (mild cheddar is SCD legal). He's not had parmesan - I think it might be a bit too strong a taste for him (?). It's goat and sheep cheddar he has now - though I think they are quite a lot different to cow's cheddar. It was quite an easy transition - I was surprised. I prefer cow's cheddar but we don't have it anymore. You know I'm asd - I was quite autistic as a child (but changed quite significantly after an early puberty). As a child I craved condensed milk and adored cheddar cheese. For quite a long time I would eat only cheese sandwiches. Later I had a big thing for arctic roll.... Later again as a vegetarian I ate an awful lot of wheat. Tim and I had both a bread maker and a pasta maker just a few years ago.... Best wishes, Sandy > > Sandy, If offered cheddar and parmesan, might he prefer those? > I have problems with celeriac myself. It's a popular veg in Germany. I > tried it several times and gave up. Guest guest
Hi is now SCD so if you mean prior to that 1. Rice Bread 2. Popcorn 3. Bacon 4. Beef 5. Carrots Not liked 1. Chocolate 2. Rice 3. Liver 4. Fish 5. Oranges Dont know that this is terribly accurate cos it kinda depends on the form foods come in. She doesnt like dark things that much (hence chocolate!!) and does like casseroles and soups so I hide lots of things in there. Lotsa Luck Caroline xx PS She is a carb junky basically and would eat crackers, yoghurt and all that kinda stuff bread, prior to SCD but thats a very long time ago for us now..... Guest guest
Sandy, When I was 14 I ate cheese and marmalade sandwiches with such a passion. I was quite depressed back then. If only I had known about EPA at the time......... :-))) Sandy and Tim schrieb: > > Forgot to mention - while I was pregnant I craved red leicester.
