Guest guest
Sam, I stay away from refined sugar, but not the natural sugars in fruit. I¹ve also cut back on carbs and increased my veggies. I¹m not concerned about the sugar in my fruits. I take acidophilus and have never had a yeast problem, so I¹m not eliminating my fruit! Maybe if I had a yeast problem, I¹d be willing to decrease fruit. a > Hey paula > > i thought on the minocin you werent allowed that..i know i was told not to > eat them but i eat two a day still... > > because of the natural sugars and the yeast problem with the ap approach > thanks > sam
