We did a batch with " silver needle " tea (i think it is a type of white tea). It

made really great KT. Good point about blending, the black and green would

overpower (too bad i didn't see this before the current blended batch lol). BTW,

with the white tea you can steep for a lot longer time and it doesn't get the

bitter taste.

Hi Chuck,

White tea is very beneficial in terms of health properties. It has a mild flavor

and is delicious. However, it usually costs more so I save my white tea for

drinking plain rather than in KT. I have used it in KT but if you blend it with

other teas you can't really taste the white tea. Give it a try making a batch

with just white tea and see what you think. It is good for you.

BTW everyone try to get Certified Organic tea for drinking and for your KT is

you can do so. It is healthier for you and for the people who plant, pick and

process the tea before it gets to you. Better for the earth as well.

Peace, Love and Harmony,

Bev

mix in KT....does it possess the same benefecial properties as black and/or

green tea, and if so, does it have a smoother or sharper flavor than the others?
