well yas take that possum ya all hit last night off the bumper (( can use fresh

is your fater then me ) do not want to wast any thing ya know) then ya clean and

skin it real good . next ya all BBQ it nice and tender ( moon shine " home made

hard alcahole "  works good for the marenaid). then cut it into smalll bit size

chunks and blend it with some sour cream and garlic powder  wala possum dip.

P.S. a possum is a varment of the night that is slow and plays dead when scared

.. look like a big old rat kind of.

When living in Tennessee I managed to get hold of a fantastic old

family recipe for Possum dip. If I remember correctly, the secret is

that the possum meat should come from road kill that has aged in the

sun along I40 for at least 1 week. I40 is an East/West interstate

highway so the angle of the sun enhances the aging process.

And as Jed Clampett would say, " whee doggies, it's good " .

well contry possum is better lot so loaded with contaments and there easyer to

find even if ya have to go out and shot one or two were in the city it is a
