Guest guest
Hi Debbie Mc and Penny: I live in Irving. Nice to hear fellow texans. Penney - you sound as though you are in a place that all of us pass through. First thing - Find a great doctor that will treat your pain! Bring superwoman is hard - remember they can't help you without your cooperation. Tell them everything even if you think it is not important. Second - if you are not sleeping, tell your dr! A wise woman told me this when my children were small - " Housework will always be there but your children will never be this age again. " How right she was. I had to change my perfectionist ways and allot my energy to what was important - my family. I am having a hard time working and have lost my last two jobs due to illness. It is not easy to ask for public assistance. It is very scary when you don't know where the money to pay the bills is going to come from. Just take a small baby step forward. You have already begun by talking to us. I wish you well. Iris --- Debbie Mc <debmc58@...> wrote: > Hi Penny, We are almost neighbors. I live in > Dallas. Sounds like you are feeling pretty down. Guest guest
It was 106 on my front porch yesterday and only 103 today. That cooldown felt good. Guest guest
Ours was the highest it has ever been. The previous high was about $102. This bill was $183.75 but I was running the swimming pool also. It's shut off and is a dark green. I'll be able to walk across it before long. We only use a window unit in the living room and a small one in our bedroom, and both are working their hearts out trying to keep us relatively cool. It was only 103 today. Guest guest
Rhonda, I am thankful I don't have your light bill since I am on SS. I stay inside too as I can't take the heat. Do you live in the southern part of Georgia? I live 45 miles from Dallas but we still have that sticky humidity.
