Hi Penny,

I know all about the " scared/broke/tired/in pain " , I believe its

something we can all relate to. Yes raising children under these

conditions is more than a hand full. I had to raise both my girls by

myself after my divorce. I don't know where the extra energy needed

at times came from, But I always found it when it was truly needed.

Best of luck and do keep us informed I (and I'm sure everyone here)

really do care.

Hi Penny, We are almost neighbors. I live in Dallas. Sounds like you are

feeling pretty down. I can understand, and it is wonderful that we have

supportive loving friends here. I'm sorry your having a tough time. Please

keep us posted how your doing.

Hugs,

I recently read somewhere (probably one of the links found here!)

that profuse sweating is one of the 10 signs of RA. I always blamed

it on hormones until I read this. I always have to have a hankie

handy to dab my forhead.

I have been having a rough time of it for several weeks now. I went

to the doc and he agreed I need to quit work. Being a mom to a 4 year

old is work enuff he said! Im so scared/broke/tired/in pain, I cant

take the first step...heck not even sure what it is. Thanks for being

there friends, and welcome to the new members

Penny I used to blame everything on my RA, now I am tired all the

time,no energy and I am not sure what to blame it on, allergies,

diabetes or RA. The broke part is scarey also, I put that in a

message on this site and had some really good ideas. Don't know what

to do about work or don't work. Hope you are feeling beter soon and

hug that 4 year old that always helps. in WA (an Oregonian at

heart)

Hi Penny:

I was suspecting my hormones too! I have been more

sweaty of late too. Granted, it is hot where I am,

but I have never dripped, literally dripped, sweat

before in my life. So, just another gift from RA,

huh?

Unbelievable how much it can change your life and your

body, isn't it? So many new things I keep discovering

about this disease and what it does to you. Thanks

for the information.
