Its called sit and be fit. its great and comes on 5 times a week. i also found it on the local college tv station. You might try it. I cant do it every day but i try when i can. My cat Princess knows when i dont feel good and when i have to lie down she always comes and gets with me and lays down too(sorry for lie? lay?). anyway, i bet shes quite spoiled nowthat i have been home every day with her for over a year. LOL> Anyway, i had a bad flare earlier in the week that lasted 4 days so my doctor told me to take 7.5 mg prednisone every day but i have to watch my blood sugar because i am diabetic from the prednisone!!!!!!!!!(its a vicious cycle.)my sugar is better than when i used the dose paks, so far its working good, my sugar this morning was 97.
