Guest guest
Oh ------- Ouch! I'm so sorry you had to go through that. That tooth has been a nightmare for you. What did the dentist say the white bubble was? Is it infected? I guess the good thing is that you don't have to worry about it anymore. Anyway, I hope the pain doesn't linger. Sending love and hugs, Carol [ ] Guess what I did today Hi Everyone, Guess what I did today. Ok. Here it goes. It started last night. I went out for dinner with Wyatt and my friend . I noticed some soreness in the root canal tooth. It was late, and I figured that it could wait til morning. When I woke up, there was a white bubble forming at the base of the tooth. I called the dentist and he said to come right in. I dropped Wyatt off at his friend's house. They are going to Kennywood Park today for our community picnic and then Wyatt is going to spend the night. I went to the dentist and he proceded to pull the tooth. He said that in all of his 12 years practicing, he has never had such a difficult extraction. It took 2 1/2 hours. Need I say more? I have the Grand Canyon in the space where the tooth used to be. I feel like I was in a boxing match. I am going back to bed. Love and Hugs Stacey in PA

Guest guest
- Ouch, Ouch, and Ouch! I have had so many things like that happen at the dentist that the last time I went, I had an anxiey attach, nearly passed out and the dentist gave me oxygen. When I lived in Louisiana, this old cajun dentist decided he would pull one of my molars. Looking back on it, it was so cartoonish. The dentist was straddling the chair and jerking with his tool like he was removing a nail from a board all the while sweat was poring down his face. I did not like that look in his eyes. (Panic, help!) Finally, it popped out and he flew half way across the office. He sent me home with a bruised jaw and a prescription for Tynenol 3. I was back in a week with a dry socket and he told me he couldn't give me any more pain pills, that I would become addicted. I left his office and went to see an oral surgeon who immediately took care of the problem. I never want to have that kind of pain again. If it had gone on any longer I would have been visiting that dentist chair in the clouds. Later on my husband who had sent me to that dentist because he was their childhood dentist told me that one time he was late for an appointment and the dentist was so mad that he didn't give the shots time to take effect and his mouth become numb on his way home. I asked him why he though that I would like that dentist. I never saw him again (the dentist). Anyway, I hope this is the end to this episode and that you won't have to endure any more dental proceedures. Make sure you keep ice on it. Iris --- Carol <carol@...> wrote: > Oh ------- Ouch!
