Wanted to share with you all what I wrote this morning in regard to my

experience evaluating individual aromatics, as part of my studies in Anya's

course:

In Judaism it is believed that of all senses, the sense of smell goes straight

to the soul, (no evil can live on that sense, unlike all other senses).

I feel when I give in to the aromatic in front of me, and let it take me and

tell me it's story, that I really am entering the realm of the soul that is in

unison with all, and so, knows all on such an intimate level. I can be so

familiar with things that I have never smelt in this lifetime, and I can know

thier true meaning. It is a pleasure taking this leap past time and space to

true union a couple times a day.

Love what I am doing.

Best to all

Hi, Hemla:I know what you mean about natural perfumery. Each time I create a new

scent, I inhale it deeply and am taken on a journey which does not involve my

soul, but my God-given olfactory senses which is His gift to me.Margo

Hemla, I want to leave a comment on your post because it is so

beautiful and sharing. " No evil can live on that sense " is a

phrase I never came across before, and it exemplifies (perhaps)

why our sense of smell is so magical and integral to our lives.

We cannot filter it - it is just there. I say back to you that I

love what you are doing. And thank you for being such a focused

student, as your correspondence with Andrine and myself was

helpful. I'm so glad to be on this journey with you.
