The JOY Ministry @ Graceview Baptist Church will be hosting a

“JOYJAMa” RESPITE on Saturday, September 13th from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm!  We'll be

wearing our PAJAMAS dancing, singing and enjoying food, friends and tons of

FUN! 

 

This month our guests of honor will be our special needs kids’ respite

VOLUNTEERS!

 

Parents are encouraged to pre-register their children (siblings are encouraged

to attend), as soon as possible!  Space is limited and we are expecting a

waiting list!  The night of our JOYJAMa RESPITE, parents can leave their

children in the very capable and experienced hands of the volunteers of The JOY

Ministry and go enjoy a dinner, a movie or whatever with their spouse/friend! 

While they're out enjoying their much deserved 'break', we'll be at The JOY

Place playing, dancing and singing with the JOY respiteers (the children, of

course)!

 

Be sure to wear your PAJAMAS and remember we'll be collecting SOCKS & UNDERWEAR

for T.E.A.M. (Tomball Emergency Assistance Ministry) during the month of

September, so be sure to bring in a new package of either!

The JOY Ministry's N-JOY Fun Nite program is looking for volunteers for our

biggest and best respite event of the month, Attached is information on the

event, as well as some information about our organization. We would be honored

to have you or your group help us make this FUN NITE, the best one yet. Please

contact me to discuss volunteer opportunities. The JOY Ministry promises to make

this respite event a meaningful and rewarding experience.

to RSVP AND Show up to serve for this respite, I, Tonya Magagh, will agree to

wear a FORMAL DRESS to church on Sunday, September 14th, 2008! ---- For those of

you who don't know me...I DO NOT WEAR DRESSES....EVER! ***
