Hi, My name is Grant and I currently live Caldwell County in Texas. I

I have started drinking milk again having discovered that raw whole milk

tastes pretty good after training my palate with a few gallons. My

memories of store milk from childhood was bad, but I have loved cheese

forever. I'm working on culturing milk after having some success with

sauerkraut.
