I enjoyed reading your story, and it helped me to understand scleroderma and what you go through. I hope the Temazepam works for your sleep. I know you really need a good night's sleep right about now. I changed from the Ambien to the Trazodone last night, and got terrible heart palpitations from it. I was up for hours. I think I'll stick with the Ambien and just take half every other night. Love and hugs, Carol aka Ethel [ ] RE: Tess..Carol and all Tess...you know you have my prayers...and any hugs needed Carol aka Ethel: I am so happy it is working out for you especially with all the traveling you will be doing.....;.} I spent most of my day with my lovely doc....he has a new plan after 4 days of no sleep I get another new med and if it doesnt work I get a vacation at a nice Army Hospital where they will make sure I get some sleep...new med is Temazepan...another is albuterol as my PFT did show restrictive disease of the lungs from scleroderma with a side of asthma and two knew MRIs....if anyone has an electricity problem let me know I am sure at this point I can light a city....the knew gig is .....I have lost 20 pounds in two weeks...they thought it was my absorption problem seems an osteophyte is sticking into my esphogus causing food not to go down...was wondering why my choking was getting worse....the dysghgia has been pretty stable...and now this...cant wait for the answers to this one as three different surgeons have refused to do surgery on my spine....so the plot does thicken....ah well the fun and excitement of having an autoimmune disease....aint it grand... Debs: I will be thinking of you tomorrow and sending prayers to the sunshine state.....girl with all the travel plans you and your faithful side kick have made you had better recuperate fast....
