We took Dylan to the Tampa Shriners on Friday. His curve is just under 5 degrees now. So there hasn't been any change since the last x-ray. We mentioned that the doctor in Chicago had suggested taking the brace off if there was no change in 6 months. The nurse practioner we saw conferred with one of the orthos in Tampa and they agreed it was time to see how he would do without the brace. So, Dylan is brace free now. We are going to go back in 3 months and get another x-ray. I'm also going to have all of x-rays from Tampa sent to Chicago just so we can keep the doctor up there in the loop. We agreed in June that we would come back to see him a year after the cast was taken off, so he could see how he was doing.

Dylan loves being unrestricted and we are so grateful we found ISOP and learned about early treatment :)
