Congratulations Ms Excited!

Another writer in our midst. Sharing is caring. Writing down the words had

to be very hard for you, but you did so to help other people. Two books, how

wonderful to have that many people contribute, but how terrible that you are

all afflicted with that disease. The ones to be diagnosed after you will

appreciate the love that you put into your stories.

You're OK in my book Ms Kathi in OK!!!!!

Gentle, tender, angel hugs,

Debs in FL

AL: No paticular reason..maybe because that one was

the one my spouse took a second look at and he has

always preferred blondes.....on another note I agree

with Kathe....our society still seems to attach a

stigma to saying I am depressed...when an anti

depressant was first metioned to me ...I thought this

is it I AM crazy...but what Kathe said is right

depression goes hand in hand with chronic

illness....Kathi in OK

Actually, Kathi, he'll get even more of a break. Since my family is in town

for the next 8 days, my posting will probably be significantly reduced, as

well. Rest up, Al!

I think it's a big deal, Kathi! When will do they think the book might

be published? Who is funding it?

Not a biggie??? YES it IS!!! I¹m sorry that you have to have such first

hand knowledge of a rotten disease, but hope that sharing your stories will

help others. You should be very proud of your writing ability and for your

story being chosen to be published. I¹ll be watching out for that book.

Hugs,

Kathi,

That is a biggie! And congratulations. Have you gotten the Enbrel, that's

what I use for my RA-only thing other than remicade that helped. Especially

with the fatigue!

....a and Suzanne ...thank you for your kind

words and encouragement...it is greatly

appreciated....

I am still waiting on the Enbrel it has been

almost a year now...they sent me a letter this week

and said the new factory in Rhode Island is behind

schedule and it looks like they will not take any new

patients until January...but that I am at the top of

the list....Kathi in OK

Thanks Stacey....as far as new career.....I dont think

so....art yes...I love that ...writing ....I will

leave that to others on the group that have that

talent...I just wanted to participate when I saw what

they were doing...so little is known about scleroderma

at this point there isnt even a proven treatment that

works....they just use the RA drugs hoping one of them

will work...i will probably always remember the day I

heard you have scleroderma ...there is no cure and no

proven treatment...and really no push to find one as

it is not that common...so I think a book like this

could be of help...at least for people that have it to

be able to read what others have experienced....I

thank you all for your words ...it means alot.....hugs
