They say every bad day has a good ending..I am so excited it is not a

biggy ...but to me kinda exciting...one of the main scleroderma sites

requested stories from people that have SD for a book..so I wrote my

story...,they were going to pick 100 stories for the book and my story

was one...there was so many stories now there will be two books....

as so little is known about SD I thought this was great...I am sure

it is not a big deal...but I did make for a good ending to a not so

good day....Kathi in OK

Hi Kathi,

I think that's awesome. And think, your story may help others down

the road understand SD. I am very impressed.

And you are one great lady Kathi.

Sorry about the spice girl thing...=;0 Curious to know why you

thought the one in the middle would be my choice. Not like there was

a bad apple in the bunch, if you know what I mean. LOL!

  • 6 years later...

I'd love to know her stats, too - have they re-measured? Just

curious! I'm so happy for you! Congratulations! I'm jealous! Luke

is getting re-scanned for helmet #2 in another week... He's made

great progress but still has a ways to go. AND he's still not

rolling back to belly yet, and as another poster put it, I hate to be

on " head patrol " all the time if he graduates and he's still

sleeping/laying on his back all the time!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

Jess
