What is the Texas Star Program

Just wondering, my son get's medicaid and we got this thing in the mail for the

star program. a add on to his medicaid? not sure but I just read a thread about

the add on for medicaid and I am wondering if this is something we should be

getting.

It gave two choices, First Care Star and Superior HealthPlan

I am not sure what I am supposed to do or which one to pick, we never had this

in NM.
