Hi all,

Hope everyone is having as pain free a Friday as possible. I go in

for my pulmonary function and blood tests today. The Advair had been

working great but I had to stop using it because it would skew the

results.That's a shame, because it was really helping me breath good.

On my previous blood test, I bombed. My Calcium and Potassium levels

were high, as well as my Absolute Band Neutrophils. My lymphocytes

were low. I studied very hard though and hope to pass the test today

LOL!

Glad to hear the Advair was helping you - hopefully

that means that there is nothing too serious going on

with your lungs. Let us know how the tests go - best

Thanks . My blood gas was okay. 99% oyxgen in the blood. Getting

stuck in an artery in the wrist was " different " I must say.

The pulmonary functions were basically fine. For some reason though,

I can't inhale a lot of air. I'll be curious to see what my rhuemy

says about all of this when I see her. The person who administered

them coincidentially has RA also. It was nice because she could

really emphathize with me.

I am supposed to get the rest of the test results back Wednesday.

I'll let you know what happens.

wow al you are good. i haven't even gone in to get mine done yet. maybe

monday. i had a hard time sleeping and i woke at 6:15 with pain shooting in

the middle of the base my toes. my family was here today and we trimmed and

cleaned up the yard with new blocks and put some ceramic tiles in my windows

(who knows some florida thing!!) she took me shopping and we are all just

exhausted. so tomorrow i'll let those people who have to work all week get

their tests done and i'll go during the week while they work. tired and sore
