Guest guest
Good day, I am curious - can you freeze raw milk. I'm sure we'd lose some nutritious value - but want to " plan ahead " ....for those times we might not be able to get to the farm to get fresh milk. Have been busy canning, freezing, fermenting, and dehydrating to fill the pantry - but started thinking about our dairy alternatives - and what they might be. We oftentimes make kefir...then into smoothies which we've frozen before. Don't know if this is another nutritious, viable option or not. If anyone has any recommendations, input, advice on storing raw milk, for longer term than a few weeks, I'd be grateful. THANK YOU, Sheila
