Guest guest
Gail, sorry to hear about the golfball sized mass. I will be praying for everything to turn out the way you want. I realize there are many possibilities and something like this needs to be checked out, but does anyone know if this sort of problem sometimes results from Still's? Gail wrote: Hey, gang, just wanted to share my CT Scan results. Remember I fell about 2 weeks ago and they thought I cracked some ribs & might have pneumonia. No pneumonia, but they found a " 4.7 cm well circumscribed fluid density mass " in my abdomen. So, tomorrow I go for an MRI. The radiologist thinks it could be either a mesneteric cyst or possible pseudocyst. I have had some mild discomfort on that side and some problems with my stomach that I just attributed to not eating right. Now I am worried. If it's something that's going to need to be removed, this is soooo not the right time! My daughter (she is only 16) is expecting her baby in a couple months and will absolutely need me to help her. My son leaves tomorrow for Army basic training, so I am trying to keep this on the down low with him so he doesn't go off and worry about me. The sweats are back and my white count is over 18,000. ~sigh~ Not sure what all this means other than I am a bit freaked out. I will just pray about it and try not to stress (yeah, right!). Just wanted to let you guys know. I will keep you posted. Love to all, Gail (KY) --------------------------------- Never miss a thing. Make Yahoo your homepage. Guest guest
Gail, What's the story morning Glory? I'm just catching up on emails, sorry about the delayed email. My fog hasn't lifted as yet. When will you have the results? You're in my prayers, honey. The only time I'm not foggy is when I'm praying. is cursing up a storm upstairs, I have to go find out why. Take care and be well. Ellen
Guest guest
I am going to ask when they do the MRI tomorrow when they will read the results. But I have an appt. this next Tuesday. Funny, last week they did a CT of my chest and found this. They weren't even looking for it. Now they have to do another CT of the abdomen only, along with the MRI. I guess it's a good thing I fell a couple of weeks ago, huh? Else they wouldn't have found this.... thanks for the well wishes, from you and everyone else. Guest guest
Hello Gail I am sorry to hear of your further medical problems. I don't know a lot about cysts but wondered if it would be possible for the doctors to drain your cyst or does it have to be removed surgically. I had a lump on my breast which turned out to be a nest of cysts and they were able to drain those I just wondered if it was a possibility. Hope you have been able to calm down a bit and maybe feel less stressed. Best wishes Joan U.K. _____ From: Stillsdisease [mailto:Stillsdisease ] On Behalf Of Gail Sent: 15 January 2008 16:47 To: stillsdisease Subject: worries Hey, gang, just wanted to share my CT Scan results.
