I have been on it since November (fortnightly infusions) and unfortunately it doesnt seem to be doing anything for me at the moment. Just to clarify I am a little unusual in the fact that I have never had the severe temperatures - only higher temps when really poorly. I suffer more with swelling and joints and pericarditus and rash. Because of my regular monitoring with the drug, my reumy has decided to try Methotrexate tabs (10mg) per week together with the drug and the daily pred to see what happens. I only started the MTX this week so we will see. I have been on MTX before for quite a while but it seemed to stop working for me hence the new drug. So as with any drug they work better for some so please dont let me put you off it could be a wonder drug for many people. Hugs to all who need them at the moment.
